You should make a game where giant caterpillars are taking over the shoe-making business and you have to eat the shoes before they flood the world.
I agree, I have never seen "anyone" make an epic pirate game before... I want to buy, build, and upgrade my ship/character whist doing quests in a mmorpg setting. The time has come for developers of all styles to step it up and make a pirate game worth playing ;)
